Pineapple Jalapeno Sassy Sauce

Not a jelly, not a syrup, this lovely creation is a great dipping sauce.  Dip your chicken fingers into this for a zesty bite.  
Try dipping your bacon, jalapeno grilled cheese into it, and wait for the happy food dance to begin.  Replace the pineapple sauce on a banana split for a twist.
